Sales people set the expectation that it would look like a bomb went off but the crew generally kept things tidy while working. There was some chaos, but much less than I thought there would be. There were some details at the end that I called their attention to and which they immediately dealt with. Again, the sales people told me this might happen and expectations were set so I was ready to pay attention to this at the right time. The end result: beautiful."
